Architectural concept

In Berlin-Dahlem, one of the capital's most sought-after residential areas, an ensemble of two residential buildings with unique character is being built. The location, a true green island, is in close proximity to the popular Grunewald recreation area. The Trumanplaza shopping center is just a few minutes' walk away for everyday needs. The infrastructure is complemented by several sports facilities and the international European School Berlin in the surrounding area. Thanks to the underground station within walking distance, Berlin's city center can also be reached in no time.
Two detached buildings with up to five full stories are being constructed on the property. These are located in the middle of a landscaped ornamental garden.
The architecture is a modern homage to the classic Berlin city villa. Wichtige Meilensteine wurden erreicht:

Der Fernwärmeanschluss und der Aushub sind vollständig abgeschlossen, während ein zweiter Kran nun den Bau beschleunigt. Der Rohbau im Untergeschoss ist weit fortgeschritten (85 % Sohle, 50 % Wände), und die Kellerdecke von Haus 2 ist bereits zu 80 % geschalt. Parallel dazu haben die Wiederverfüllung sowie der Einbau der ersten Rigole für die nachhaltige Entwässerung begonnen.
